These terms govern your use of MarkFlow and the markflowkit.com website. By downloading or purchasing MarkFlow, you agree to these terms.
MarkFlow is a local AI writing workspace for macOS. It is offered as a 14-day full-featured free trial followed by a one-time-purchase perpetual license. The current price is $14.99 USD, one-time (launch price, "Early Access"), including all updates within MarkFlow 1.x. Future major versions (e.g. MarkFlow 2) may be offered as a separate paid upgrade, with preferential pricing for existing owners.
All purchases are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. Creem handles payment, invoicing, and applicable sales tax/VAT. Prices shown at checkout are final. We never see or store your payment details.
When you purchase MarkFlow, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MarkFlow for personal or commercial purposes:
MarkFlow offers a full-featured 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the product completely before buying. If MarkFlow doesn't work for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@markflowkit.com and we'll make it right — including a refund where appropriate.
You agree not to use MarkFlow to create, store, or distribute content that violates applicable law, or to reverse-engineer, crack, or circumvent the license activation mechanism.
AI features are optional and use third-party AI providers configured with your own API keys. Output generated by AI may be inaccurate — you are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted content. Your use of third-party AI providers is also subject to their terms.
MarkFlow is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Since your documents are local files, you are responsible for backing them up — we cannot recover data lost due to hardware failure, accidental deletion, or other causes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of MarkFlow is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
If we change these terms, we'll update the date above. The current version will always be available at this URL.
